Comfortline Lift Seating was formed to manufacture bariatric and recliner power lift chairs for low care in the healthcare industry and to help people stay in their homes independently. Peter Furlong developed the steel mechanism frames and chairs with his 49 years’ experience as a fully qualified chair and couch maker beginning with an apprenticeship with Moran of Melbourne.
Comfortline Lift Seating design and manufacture lift seat chairs with a 12 year warranty on the structural steel frame for the mechanisms and a 12 year reinforced timber frame warranty to hold up to 300kgs for the bariatric patients.
Our chairs are manufactured to extend a person’s stay at home and become more independent and add extra years at home instead of going into aged care.
The public are growing bigger and bariatric needs good quality strong furniture that lasts. Our Super Heavyweight Mechanism should solve many seating issues for low care that healthcare and homecare chairs have.
